What does SATalent1st do?
Two things. Its talent divisions find, vet and place specialists — superyacht crew, mining and engineering professionals, and the world of sport — into the markets that need them. Its enterprise divisions build Private AI that the client owns, running inside their own walls.
Who pays the recruitment fee?
The employer pays, never the candidate. Nobody is charged to register with a SATalent1st talent division, to be verified, or to be placed. It is a standing rule across every division of the group and it does not change with the size of the mandate.
Which divisions make up the group?
Three talent divisions — Haus of Yachting for yachting, DrawPoint for mining and engineering, and The Athlete Economy for sport. Two enterprise divisions — TransformationWorks for Private AI, and the talent platform that carries a verified career profile for every professional.
Where is SATalent1st based, and where does it place?
The group is registered and headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. Placements run across borders: the yachting seasons worldwide, the Africa-to-Australia mining corridor, and sport across Africa and the Gulf, with satellites in Istanbul and Melbourne.
What makes a candidate “proven”?
Verification before a name is put forward. Qualifications, tickets, sea time and references are checked and spoken to, not simply listed, and the result travels with the professional as a verified career profile. Technology does the reading; a person makes the call.
